Abbeyfield Academy Spring Fayre

 Wednesday 5th April 2017

TIME: 2.30 – 4.00 pm

PLACE: School yard

We will be holding a Spring Fayre in celebration of all the amazing support Abbeyfield Academy has received from pupils, parents and the wider community over the last year. This will be our first fayre as Abbeyfield Academy and we look forward to seeing you there!

The Spring Fayre will host a wide range of stalls including raffles, henna tattooing, face painting, food and cake stalls for pupils, parents and community members to participate in. Alongside the stalls there will be a range of activities that will be taking place including a penalty shootout. All stalls and activities will be located in the school yard.

On the day of the fayre, pupils will remain in class and parents/guardians will be responsible for collecting children from their classes at 2:30pm. This is an excellent opportunity for parents, teachers and pupils to come together to celebrate the achievements made by all linked to Abbeyfield Academy.

However, if the weather on the day is not appropriate and prevents us from using the outdoor space the stalls will be set up within the school building as follows.

KS1 Hall: Jade, Jasper, Garnet, Onyx, Tanzanite and Peridot.

KS2 Dinning Hall: Topaz, Amethyst, Quartz, Emerald, Ruby.

KS2 Assembly Hall: Sapphire, Diamond, Amber, Jade.

There will also be an opportunity for those wishing to hire a stall to book a table of their own for a small fee of £10:00, please see Miss Derbyshire or Mr Gul.

Throughout the course of the Fayre, the KS2 fish gate will be open and all other entrances will be locked.
