We are still trying to address the current issues with Mellors and their meat supplier. Whilst we are waiting for confirmation of the new provider and checking all the necessary certifications, all meat dishes have been removed from our menus for the week commencing 01.07.19.
As previously stated, we are committed to ensuring all meat served within school meets the highest possible standards; this includes ensuring all meat is Red Tractor approved, carries the correct Halal certification and can be fully traced from farm to fork.
Whilst we are working to ensure the correct documentation is in place, the meat option for next week has been changed to the following-
Monday – Pizza/Vegetable burger
Tuesday – Vegetable Lasagne
Wednesday- Quorn Casserole/Quorn
Thursday- Cheese Flan
Friday – Fish & Chips
We are working with the catering service and supplier to get the correct paper work we require in place, whilst seeking assurances that the menu will return to normal for the week commencing 08.07.19
