Flu Vaccinations
Last week the School Nursing Service were in school delivering flu vaccinations to those children who had permission. All the children were very brave!
Nuts
Please note that we have several children in the school who have a severe not allergy. Please do not send any food that contains nuts into school. Packed lunches should not contain nuts at all.
For example the following items should not be sent into school:
- cereal bars with nuts in
- chocolate bars with nuts in (e.g. Snickers, fruit & nut)
- sandwiches with chocolate spread in
- sweats with nuts in (e.g. M&Ms)
Staff News
We are happy to announce that Miss Sampson gave safe delivery to a healthy baby boy recently. Mother and baby are doing well.
We welcome a new member of staff who started this week. Miss Bird is a Teaching Assistant and is currently working in Year 2.
We are sorry to report that Mr Blake will be leaving the school in December. Mr Blake has worked with us for many years and he will be sorely missed. We wish him well for the future.
